Claims (1)
- 内部にオイル流通空間を形成した細長い筒状の
胴体壁部と、胴体壁部と一体でその周囲に複数の
通路を形成する外周壁部と、胴体壁部の内部に配
置されてその長手方向に延びる複数の冷却水管と
、胴体壁部の両端に設けられて上記オイル流通空
間を閉鎖する１対の端壁とを備え、上記胴体壁部
の一端部と他端部にそれぞれオイル入口開口とオ
イル出口開口を形成し、入口開口の近傍にサーモ
スタツトを配置し、サーモスタツトのオイル入口
通路を外部のオイル供給通路に接続し、サーモス
タツトの主オイル出口通路を上記入口開口を介し
て上記オイル流通空間に接続し、上記入口開口の
近傍に通路合流部を設け、サーモスタツトのバイ
パス通路を上記合流部まで概ね胴体壁部の周方向
に延ばし、上記合流部と上記出口開口とをつなぐ
出口通路を設け、上記合流部を分配通路を介して
エンジンのメインギヤラリに接続したことを特徴
とする内燃機関のオイルクーラー。
