…弾性体、１０…光吸収部材、１１…圧電アクチ

Claims (1)
- 基板表面の深さ方向に所定の曲率半径で光フア
イバが埋設され、前記基板の光フアイバを埋設し
た側の表面をクラツドとともに研磨してコアが露
出する手前まで除去するとともに、その研磨した
面に光吸収部材を近接配置し、前記研磨したクラ
ツド部と光吸収部材の距離を制御するアクチユエ
ータを設けた事を特徴とする光減衰器。
