Abstract

PURPOSE:To maintain the good catchment property and drain function for a long period by filling many short pipe small pieces with a small diameter not passing a mesh in a flexible cylinder with a mesh structure to form a drain material. CONSTITUTION:Many short pipe small pieces with a small diameter not passing the mesh of a cylinder 2 are filled in the flexible cylinder 2 with a mesh structure to form a drain material 1. When the drain material 1 is installed in a groove or a water pan, the water contained in soil infiltrates into the cylinder 2 through the mesh of the cylinder 2 and passes the insides of pipe small pieces 3 and gaps between adjacent pipe small pieces 3 and flows to the downstream side and is discharged through a discharge port. Water flow gaps are complicatedly combined with the insides of the pipe small pieces 3 and between adjacent pipe small pieces 3, no sediment can infiltrate into water flow gaps, and blinding can be prevented.

[Prior art] For example, drainage materials used for draining water by being buried in developed areas, roads, wetlands, etc., are conventionally made of synthetic resin pipes with numerous water holes on the side. It has been known.

However, with this type of conventional drainage material, the drainage holes on the sides can easily become clogged with sediment, reducing the water collection function, or sediment can flow into and accumulate inside the pipe through the drainage holes, making it difficult to maintain a smooth flow. There were disadvantages such as easy water flow being obstructed. Moreover, since it is a hollow pipe, its compressive strength is low, and when a large compressive load is applied to the pipe, it tends to sag and reduce its volume.

[Means for Solving the Problems] In order to solve the above problems, the water draining material of the present invention is provided with a material having a small diameter so that it does not pass through the mesh of the cylinder, and inside a flexible cylinder having a mesh structure. It is characterized by being filled with a large number of short pipe pieces.

The cylindrical body 2 is formed as a single or multiple cylindrical body with a predetermined mesh structure using synthetic resin, metal wire, etc., but it is not formed as a cylindrical body from the beginning, but is made of synthetic resin, metal wire, etc. First, a mesh sheet is formed, and the mesh sheet may be wound in layers or multiple times, or a plurality of mesh sheets may be polymerized and wound to form a cylinder.
Here, the shape, size, etc. of the mesh can be arbitrarily selected depending on the installation conditions of the drainage material, and when the cylinders 2 are multilayered, the size of the mesh between the inner cylinder and the outer cylinder can be selected arbitrarily. The shape of the pod can be changed. In addition, when using a metal wire, it is preferable to coat it with a synthetic resin from the viewpoint of rust prevention.

The small pipe piece 3 is formed by cutting a long synthetic resin pipe into a predetermined length, or by cutting a long synthetic resin pipe into a predetermined length, or by forming it as a single piece of pipe with predetermined dimensions from the beginning. By randomly filling the inside of the cylinder body 2 with a large number of small pipe pieces 3, which are thick enough not to pass through,
A water passage gap is formed inside each pipe piece 3 and between adjacent pipe pieces 3. In this case, if the small pipe pieces 3 are tightly filled into the cylinder 2, the water drainage material 1 that is hard and does not easily undergo deformation such as crushing can be obtained, and the small pipe pieces 3
By filling the cylindrical body 2 with a slight margin so that it can be moved little by little inside the cylinder 2, it is possible to obtain a drainage material 1 that can be freely curved according to the shape of the land, undulations, etc. In addition,
Both ends of the cylindrical body 2 filled with the pipe lh piece 3 can be closed by overlapping their mouth edges and fastening them, or by attaching another net-like or porous end member 5. desirable.

The pipe piece 3 is not particularly limited in its cross-sectional shape or side shape as long as it is hollow, and can be of any shape. There are polygonal shapes such as , heart shape, petal shape, etc., and on the other hand, the side shape can be linear, arcuate, L-shaped, etc. Further, the cylinder 2 may be filled with only pipe pieces 3 of the same shape, but two or more types of pipe pieces 3 having different shapes, sizes, hardnesses, etc. may be mixed and used.

Drainage material I having the above structure can be directly buried in developed land, roads, wetlands, etc. by digging appropriate trenches as shown in Figure 3, or can be buried directly in a metal plate or synthetic resin plate as shown in Figure 4. It is installed in a water receiving tray 4 made of a water-impermeable material such as or a water-permeable material such as a wire mesh or a synthetic resin net. At this time, pebbles, gravel, etc. can be interposed around the drainage material l as necessary, and the drainage material l can be easily curved according to the topography, undulations, etc. Even if a compressive load due to large earth pressure is applied to the pipe, the supporting force of the small pipe piece 3 prevents the pipe from sinking.

In addition, the water contained in the soil permeates widely into the cylinder 2 through the mesh of the cylinder 2, and then flows to the downstream side as a water passage gap inside each pipe piece 3 or between the adjacent pipe pieces 3. and is discharged from the outlet to a designated location.

On the other hand, since the water passage gaps are formed in a complicated manner inside each pipe piece 3 and between adjacent pipe pieces 3, it is difficult for dirt to penetrate deeply into the water passage gaps. No knots occur.

[Effects of the Invention] The water draining material of the present invention having the above-mentioned configuration has a flexible cylindrical body having a mesh structure filled with a large number of short pipe pieces having small diameters to such an extent that they do not pass through the mesh of the cylindrical body. Not only is it possible to secure a wide water collection area with the mesh, but also the pipe pieces prevent dirt from entering and accumulating inside the cylinder, ensuring good water collection and water drainage for a long period of time. In addition, by filling the tube with small pieces of pipe, the compressive strength of the cylinder can be increased and volume changes due to earth pressure can be prevented, and flexibility is not lost even when filled with small pieces of pipe, making it easy to install. It can be easily installed depending on the topography and undulations of the location.
