入され密閉竪筒状容器の気液界面に浮遊するフロ
ート及び上記フロートのレベルを検知するギヤツ
プセンサーとからなるガス分離式オフセツト型流
量計と、空間部が上記流量計の空間部に接続され
るとともに調圧弁が付設された密閉液体タンクと
、上記循環流路と上記密閉液体タンクとを接続す
る自動供給弁と、上記循環流路に接続する自動放
出弁とを具えたことを特徴とする循環流路の流量
