軸受部材において、 該軸部材の端部と当接し該軸部材を軸方向に付
勢する第１の板ばね部と、該基台に設けらた位置
決め孔と係合する係合部が形成されてなる第２の
板ばね部とを設け、かつ樹脂により一体成形して
