Claims (1)
- 固定金型、移動金型、及び成形品に突起部を形
成する凹部を有する突き出しブロツクにより成形
用のキヤビテイを形成するものにおいて、エジエ
クタプレートに固定されて前記成形品を突き出す
エジエクタピンと、前記突き出しブロツクの成形
品突き出し方向における移動距離を、エジエクタ
ピンの突き出しストロークよりも小さく設定する
制限体と、前記エジエクタプレートと突き出しブ
ロツクのいずれか一方に一端を固定し、他方に設
けた摩擦連結部に他端を挿通し、前記制限体が制
動をかけるまでの間、突き出しブロツクとエジエ
クタプレートとを同期移動させ、制動がかかつた
後は摩擦連結部の連結解除により同期移動を解除
する伝達ピンとを備えてなる射出成形金型。
