Claims

[Claims for Utility Model Registration] 1. A biological electrode holder made of a sheet material with through holes for attaching biological electrodes at a plurality of specific positions. 2. A biological electrode holder comprising a holder made of a sheet material, and biological electrodes integrally formed with the holder at a plurality of specific positions on the holder. 3. The biological electrode holder according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the lead wire of the biological electrode is integrally formed with the holder made of a sheet material. 4. The biological electrode holder according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the holder is made of a plurality of separated sheet materials. 5.
