As the above-mentioned heat exchanger side-by-side type equipment, the one disclosed in Japanese Utility Model Application No. 54-70644 has already been proposed.
In this case, in addition to the space occupied by each heat exchanger, additional space is added for the water circuit, gas circuit valve equipment, etc., and even if there is a large empty space above the heat exchanger. Regardless, there is extra space for control components such as the valve device. This is because if the control components are directly disposed above the heat exchanger, their thermal protection will be insufficient.

The present invention incorporates a bath heat exchanger and a water heater heat exchanger in a rectangular parallelepiped-shaped container, and exhausts the exhaust from the two heat exchangers from one exhaust pipe through an exhaust collection box. It is an object of the present invention to provide a bath kettle with a water heater of the type that can be miniaturized, while also sufficiently protecting control parts such as a valve device.

The technical means of the present invention taken to solve the above problems are as follows: Each heat exchanger is installed in parallel at the bottom of the container,
The exhaust stack connected to the exhaust collection box is located biased toward the bath heat exchanger side, and the top surface of the exhaust collection box on the bath heat exchanger side is an inclined surface rising toward the exhaust stack, The space surrounded by the inclined surface and the body of the exhaust stack in the container body is defined as a control parts group housing part, and the lower area of this control parts group housing part and the side area on the exhaust pipe side are the front and rear surfaces of the body. A gap is formed between the partition plate and the upper surface of the exhaust collection box and the exhaust pipe, and the upper end of the gap communicates with the outside of the vessel. It is true.

First, since the control parts group is arranged centrally in the empty space above the heat exchanger, the depth and width dimensions of the appliance approximately match the dimensions of the heat exchanger housing plane, and these dimensions are the minimum. can be kept to a minimum.

Next, when looking at combustion, the combustion exhaust gas that has passed through each heat exchanger is discharged from the exhaust collection box through the exhaust pipe to the outside of the appliance, but the water heater heat exchanger is used for the other bath heat exchanger. The exhaust temperature is lower than that of
The ambient temperature around and above the heat exchanger is also low. This is because the water supplied to the water boiling heat exchanger is always at room temperature, and the heat exchanger that heats it is, in other words, cooled by water.
This is because the heat exchange efficiency of this heat exchange is higher than that of the other bath heat exchanger, and the exhaust temperature is also lower.

The exhaust gas flowing through the exhaust collection box and exhaust stack heats the wall surfaces of each of these flow paths to some extent, but the radiant heat from this is blocked by the partition plate, suppressing the temperature rise of the control parts group due to the radiant heat. Since there is a gap between the exhaust path wall or side wall and the partition plate, the temperature rise in the control parts group due to conduction is also suppressed.

Furthermore, since the upper end of the gap between the partition plate and the exhaust collection box and exhaust box communicates with the outside of the vessel, the heated air in this gap rises along the wall on the exhaust path side. It is discharged to the outside. Therefore, the heated air generated in this gap is discharged to the outside without being retained.

The temperature rise of the control parts located above the heat exchanger can be suppressed by specifying their mounting positions and by the air insulation effect between the partition plates and the high temperature parts. Therefore, thermal damage to the control components can be prevented.

In particular, in the gap between the partition plate and the exhaust path side, hot air is discharged to the outside from the upper end and cold air flows in from below, which further improves the adiabatic air cooling effect of the control parts housing section. .
