の端部を外容器の側面に固定して収容されており
、前記外容器は、前記水袋の端部を固定した位置
に対向する位置に切れ目を形成しており、前記テ
ープがその切れ目から外容器外に引き出され、保
護容器の上端から保護容器外に引き出されている
