前記素子の最上部と電気的に接続する突出したリ

のリード電極板のリード端子が貫通する孔を設け
た絶縁ケースを介して一体化した組立電極を前記
素子に被せ、所定の圧力を加えて保持したまま前
記金属ケースの開口端部をカール状にかしめ封口
して得られる電気二重層コンデンサにおいて、前
記第１のリード電極板のリード端子と前記第２の
リード電極板のリード端子に、リード端子貫通用
の孔を２つ設けた絶縁性の固定板をさし込むこと
により前記第１および第２のリード電極板を固定
