て、前記ピストンの上端に係合部を形成した空室
を設け、その空室内に、下端に係止フランジを形
成したストツパを挿入し、そのストツパの上端に
操作ハンドルを連結してなり、作動時には前記係
合部と係止フランジ間にクリアランスを保有させ
