において、予めCPUに記憶されているアイドリ
ング時のエンジン振動に応じたクラツシユセンサ
の出力信号としての基準値と、アイドリング時で
あり、かつ車速が零の時のエンジン回転数に応じ
たクラツシユセンサの出力信号とを比較して、基
準値より所定値以上に大きい時か、あるいは小さ
い時にクラツシユセンサが故障と判断するように
したことを特徴とするエアバツグシステムのクラ
