For this reason, a method has been considered in which a lid (not shown) whose outer periphery is sealed with a sealing member is brought into contact with the opening of the large container, especially for the lower container 23, but it is difficult to remove the lid. In addition to being inconvenient, the inside of the container becomes highly humid due to the respiratory heat transpiration effect of vegetables, creating a humidity difference between the surface of the large container 23 and the lid, causing a large amount of condensation on the inner surface of the lid, and causing localized condensation. Condensation also forms on the inner surface of the large container 23 that is cooled. For this reason, there were quality issues such as the vegetables rotting on the inner side that came into contact with the vegetables and the area where water droplets fell from the lid, so it was not put into practical use.

According to the above-mentioned structure, the lid body and the inside of the large container are sealed through the small container, and the insides of the large and small containers are kept in the same sealed state by the through hole provided in the small container. Water vapor generated by evaporation or breathing of objects is cooled by cold air convection between the partition wall and the lid through the through holes of the small container, and permeates through the moisture permeable membrane to the surface of the lid, which is on the low humidity side. At the same time, it is also cooled from the top, allowing large and small containers to be maintained at a predetermined humidity level. In addition, when food is stored in a small container, the through hole provided in the small container is blocked and the inside of the large container becomes highly humid. To prevent.

Further, condensation inside the container due to local cooling of the back surface of the large container is prevented on the back surface side of the lid. In addition, the moisture permeable membrane keeps the humidity inside the large and small containers constant and moderately suppresses the dryness of vegetables, ensuring that there is no gap between the small container and the large container necessary for removing the small container. This allows for long-term storage regardless of the situation.

Here, the moisture permeable membrane 34 of the lid will be explained. The moisture permeable membrane 34 is a laminated layer of a porous resin membrane 34a having fine holes and a chemical fiber 34b such as polyester for membrane protection. Porous resin membranes generally have gas permeability due to the molecular spacing of 10 to 1♂A, and are permeable to water vapor, air,
It has the property of permeating carbon dioxide gas if there is a difference in its concentration. Moreover, the chemical fiber 34b is for protection against external stress. With the above configuration, the through hole 27b of the small container 27 and the bypass air passages 27c and 27d communicate with the large container, and no humidity difference occurs within the container, so the lid 3
Through the moisture-permeable membrane 34 of No. 2, the moisture evaporated from the vegetables 37 keeps the containers uniformly high and humid.

In other words, the cold air from the upper storage chamber 8 is transferred to the cold air intake SS.
The first cold air convection air passage 36 has a shorter passageway and lower air passage resistance than the second cold air convection air passage 36 flowing around the outer periphery. Therefore, the amount of convection in the first cold air convection air passage 35 is large, and moisture is gradually permeated to the cold air return vent 6b having a low humidity through the moisture permeable film 34 on the surface of the cover 32 to be cooled. Furthermore, moisture does not accumulate on the back surface of the partition wall 6. - The amount of convection in the cold air convection air passage 36 of the power tube 2 decreases;
In addition, since the lids 32 cover the containers 23 and 27, the humidity at the back does not become too low, and no humidity difference is created between the inside and outside of the four containers, so no condensation occurs on the inner surfaces of the containers. The moisture permeable membrane 34 is said to be 80-96% suitable for preserving vegetables.
Maintaining the humidity level can be achieved by combining the above-mentioned configuration.

Effects of the Invention As described above, the present invention provides a box lid that covers and seals a large container, and has a large number of through holes supported by rails provided in the lid between the lid and the large container. Since it is equipped with a small container and allows cold air to circulate between the partition wall and the lid, there is no direct intrusion of cold air into each container, and the moisture that evaporates from the vegetables stored inside the lid can The space between the large containers is maintained at high humidity through the bypass air passages and small containers provided at the back and both sides, allowing the freshness of the vegetables to be maintained for a long period of time. In addition, even if the through hole of the small container is blocked by food, the specified humidity can be maintained by the bypass air passage provided at the back and both sides of the small container and the moisture permeable membrane provided on the top and both sides of the lid. I can do it. Since the first cold air convection air path for cooling is formed on the surface side of the lid that holds the moisture permeable membrane, the humidity and temperature of the moisture permeable membrane surface is low relative to the inside of the container, and excess moisture evaporates from the vegetables. The moisture permeates through the moisture-permeable membrane without condensing on other surfaces. In addition, since the locally cooled area directly below the cold air outlet on the back is covered with a lid, the difference in temperature between the inside and outside of the container is prevented, preventing condensation from forming on vegetables due to moisture adhering inside the container. Damage can be prevented.
