(Prior art) Noshi tiles, as shown in, for example, Japanese Utility Model Application Publication No. 130815/1982, are square plate-shaped tiles with thick walled parts protruding from both sides of the tile body, the sides of which are noshi surfaces. Noshi stacking is performed by stacking multiple layers horizontally with their end surfaces in contact with each other. At this time, the upper Noshi tiles are stacked with the end face of the lower Noshi tile in the center, shifted by half a pitch, but because the Noshi tiles are fired vertically during the manufacturing process. A bulge of glaze of about 1 to 5 mm thick is likely to occur near the lower end surface, and when using a Noshi tile with such a raised end surface, the center of the upper Noshi tile will be affected by this bulge. It had the drawback of being pushed up and causing wobbling. Additionally, tiles may warp in a convex or concave shape during firing.
The above-mentioned drawbacks are particularly noticeable in the case of Noshi tiles whose ends are curved upwards, so many problems remain in construction, such as the use of Noshi tiles with oppositely curved ends on the upper side.

(Problems to be solved by the invention) The present invention solves these conventional problems, allows stable noshi stacking without wobbling even when the glaze builds up, and is easy to install. It was completed with the aim of making Noshi tiles that were easy to create.

(Means for solving the problem) The present invention maintains the ridge line between the noshi surface and the ridge line between the lower surface and the noshi surface on the same straight line at the center of the lower surface of the thick part formed on both sides of the tile main body. It is characterized by the fact that a recessed part is formed with the thick part facing the center of the main body of the tile and cut out diagonally upward.

(Embodiments) Next, the present invention will be explained in more detail with reference to the illustrated embodiments. 1 is a rectangular plate-shaped tile main body, 2 is a thick wall portion protruding on both sides thereof, 3 is a noshi surface, 4 is the tile main body 1
A two-splitting groove 5 is provided in the center of the lower surface of the holder, and numerals 5 are ribs protruding from both sides of the groove 4. The lower surface 6 of this thick portion 2 is formed into an arcuate surface having the same radius of curvature as the upper surface of the tile main body 1, and has a recessed portion extending approximately 1/3 of the total length in the center thereof. 7 is formed. The concave portion 7 is formed on the lower surface 6 of the thick portion 2 while keeping the ridge line 8 between the thick portion 2 and the noshi surface 3 on the same straight line as the ridge line 9 between the lower surface 6 of the thick portion 2 and the noshi surface 3.
The tile body 1 is notched diagonally upward toward the center of the tile main body 1 and is recessed, and it is sufficient to have a maximum depth of about 3 to 5 mm.

(Function) The device configured in this way is shown in Figures 2 and 3.
As shown in the figure, the upper and lower sides are stacked in multiple tiers with the upper and lower sides shifted by half a pitch.
Since the concave portion 7 is formed by cutting out diagonally upward toward the center of the tile main body 1, even if there is a bulge 10 of glaze on the end face of the lower Noshi tile, the upper Noshi tile will not be pushed up. Noshi tiles can be stacked stably without rattling, and there is no need to select and use noshi tiles with downwardly curved edges as in the past, making construction extremely easy. Moreover, since the ridgeline 8 between the concave portion 7 and the noshi surface 3 is on the same straight line as the ridgeline 9 on the left and right sides thereof, noshi stacking with a beautiful appearance can be achieved without creating a gap between the upper and lower noshi surfaces 3. Incidentally, the glaze buildup 10 hardly occurs at the ridgeline 9 of the Noshi tile, and is a few mm below the ridgeline 9.
Since it often starts from a distant position, there is no problem even if the recess is not formed in the ridge line 8 of the recessed part 7.

(考案の効果) 本考案は以上の説明からも明らかなように、端

(Effects of the invention) As is clear from the above explanation, the present invention can easily perform stable noshi stacking without causing any wobbling even when there is a bulge of glaze near the end face. Since the ridge lines look straight from the outside and create a beautiful Noshi stack, it has extremely great practical value as a solution to the problems of conventional Noshi tiles.
