Abstract

PURPOSE:To stably supply electricity to a rotating subject to be supplied with electricity, by providing such constitution that a plurality of pressing members for pressing an electrical conductive member to the subject to be supplied with electricity are capable of rotation relative to each other and make contact with each other. CONSTITUTION:A rubber plate 5 is cut out by a cutout wire 13 so that pressing members are capable of rotation relative to each other and also make contact with each other. Frictional forces produced by relative rotation between the pressing members therefore have the effect of damping vibration of a plate spring 2 and hence stable contact between a chip and a shaft can be obtained. Electricity can thus stably be supplied to a rotating subject 3 to be supplied with electricity.
