Claims (1)
- 先端にキヤツプがねじ込まれたシリンダ本体と
、このシリンダ本体内に１段又は複数段にわたつ
て摺動可能に配置され、圧力流体により駆動され
るとともに先端にキヤツプがねじ込まれた１個又
は複数個のロツドと、上記ロツドが固定バンドを
介して固定される支持部材とを備えてなるシリン
ダ装置において、上記キヤツプに面状の接触部を
形成したことを特徴とするシリンダ装置。
