The temperature at the bent part of the belt is higher than that at the central flat part, which causes uneven heating of the belt as it moves over the heating plate, which results in uneven melting of the adhesive used to bond the fabric, causing the fabric to melt unevenly. There was a problem that the adhesion did not work properly.

However, in the case of the conventional heating plate 2, since the heating plate 2 is flat in the center, a gap is likely to be formed at the contact portion with the belt 1, and as a result, there is a problem in that the heating of the belt 1 is likely to be uneven. Further, heat transfer to the belt 1 is also inefficient and uneconomical.

It is possible to improve the adhesion to the heated belt 1, to ensure efficient and reliable heat transfer, and to easily control the heating temperature.

As shown in the figure, the belt 1 can be formed into a corrugated shape with a smooth curved surface, and the belt 1 can be kept pressed against the heating plate 2 at the curved portion. Therefore, heat is reliably transferred to the belt 1, and the heating temperature can be easily controlled by the large number of heating plates, so that the belt 1 can be heated uniformly.

なうことができる。(Effects of the invention) As described above, in the present invention, a plurality of heating plates each made of a surface heating element having a curved surface are provided at the contact portion with the belt, and these heating elements are arranged vertically and alternately. This improves the adhesion of the heating plate to the belt, eliminates the gap that occurs with conventional heating plates, and allows for easy adaptation to heating sections of different lengths.
In addition, since the heating plate is composed of a surface heating element that heats the entire belt, the belt can be heated uniformly. Further, the heating temperature can be easily controlled. Therefore, there is no uneven heating of the belt, which makes the heating of the fabric sandwiched between the belts uniform, thereby uniformly melting the adhesive used to bond the fabric, and ensuring reliable adhesion of the fabric. can be done.
