テムをハウジングにネジリングで取り付け、上記
ハウジングに接合面で接合されたレセプタクルホ
ルダと、上記ハウジングに取り付けたロツドレン
ズと、上記ロツドレンズを保持するコの字形の第
1のワイヤと、上記第1のワイヤと接合する直線
状の第2のワイヤと、上記ハウジングにある溝か
ら、上記第2のワイヤが出ていることを特徴とす
る光半導体モジユール。 (2) 光半導体素子と被接続光コネクタにつなが
る光フアイバ間にロツドレンズを有する光半導体
モジユールにおいて、光半導体素子と光フアイバ
を結ぶ軸上に、上記光半導体素子を取り付けたス
テムと、このステムに取り付けられ上記光半導体
素子を覆う光透過板を有するキヤツプと、上記ス
テムをハウジングにネジリングで取り付け、上記
ハウジングに接合面で接合されたレセプタクルと
、上記ハウジングに取り付けたロツドレンズと、
上記ロツドレンズを保護するLの字形の第1のワ
イヤと、上記第1のワイヤと接合し、上記ロツド
レンズを保持する直線状の第2のワイヤと、上記
ハウジングにある溝から、上記第1のワイヤが出
ていることを特徴とする光半導体モジユール。 (3) 光半導体素子と被接続光コネクタにつなが
る光フアイバ間にロツドレンズを有する光半導体
モジユールにおいて、光半導体素子と光フアイバ
を結ぶ軸上に、上記光半導体素子を取り付けたス
テムと、このステムに取り付けられ上記光半導体
素子を覆う光透過板を有するキヤツプと、上記ス
テムをハウジングにネジリングで取り付け、上記
ハウジングに接合面で接合されたレセプタクルと
、上記ハウジングに取り付けたロツドレンズと、
上記ロツドレンズを保持する直線状の第1のワイ
ヤと、上記第1のワイヤと接合し、上記ロツドレ
ンズを保持する直線状の第2のワイヤと、上記ハ
ウジングにある溝から上記第2のワイヤが出てい
