【考案の詳細な説明】本実施例を一部をけん欠した図面によつて詳細
に説明するにシヤフト１によりリールハンガー２
で等間隔にけん欠されたギア３及びゼンマイばね
４を内蔵したリール本体５を回動自在に保持して
ある。ゼンマイばねの一端はシヤフト１に係止し
他方はリール本体の一部に係止しシヤフトは固定
してある。次にギア３は中心を同じくした円周の
四分の一を対照して二ケ所に形成しほかの四分の

巻取り巻戻しをする際にリールに神経が集中し
て、とくに危険な機械の手もと操作がおろそかに
なるような危険を防ぐ事ができる等の効果を生じ
