Abstract

PURPOSE:To eliminate useless operation or the continuance of ventilating operation to be carried out even after a satisfactorily ventilated state is available by operating automatically a ventilating fan interlocked with the operation of a lighting switch after having left a room and halting the operation of said ventilating fan in automatic mode after a preset time has lapsed. CONSTITUTION:When it is light indoors during daytime, a photoelectric switch EE is turned off so that electric current may not flow to a relay M2. As a result, a constantly open contact a21 remains under an off-state and a lighting device L will not light up. On the other hand, the constantly open contact b1 of the relay M1 is under an off-state by turning on a switch S, which halts the operation of a ventilating fan F. When having left a room, the switch S is turned off by manipulating the knob of a door so that a constantly open contact a12 of the relay M1 may be kept under an off-state, thereby putting out the lighting device L. On the other hand, a constantly open contact a11 is turned in an off-state, but a timer means T maintains a constantly open contact at under an on-state during preset time. By turning off the switch S, the constantly open contact b1 returns to the off-state so that the ventilating fan may be operated while it may be suspended after the preset time is over.

(Function) According to the configuration of the present invention, the switch of the lighting equipment used when entering the room and the ventilation fan that needs to be operated after leaving the room are driven in conjunction with the off operation of the switch.
.. and timer means for stopping the ventilation fan after a set time elapses from the time when the switch is turned off, so that after leaving the room, the ventilation fan is automatically turned off in conjunction with the turning off of the switch. It can be operated to ventilate the room. Furthermore, by automatically stopping the ventilation fan after the set time has elapsed, it is possible to eliminate the waste of continuing to operate even after sufficient ventilation has been performed.

In addition, since it is equipped with a photoelectric switch that keeps the lighting equipment turned off even if the switch is turned on when the room is bright (1), the lighting equipment used when entering the room is automatically switched on and when leaving the room. Even in the case where the lighting equipment is turned on and off at different times, there is no need to turn on the lighting when it is not needed, such as during the day, and the lighting equipment can be turned on when it is needed.

(Embodiment) A first embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to Fig. 1.In the room environment control system, switch S is used to turn on and off lighting fixture 1 when entering the room. The off-ready timer means '■' drives the ventilation fan F, which needs to be operated after leaving the room, in conjunction with the off operation of the switch S, and after the set time has elapsed from the time when the switch S is turned off. The ventilation fan F is stopped, and the photoelectric switch EE is turned on when the room is bright, so that the switch S is turned on and the light fixtures ζ are kept in the off state.

Next, referring to FIG. 2, the operation of the circuit shown in FIG. 1 will be explained. In FIG. 2, 2 indicates the set time of the timer means 1'', 3 indicates the knob operation when entering the room, 4 indicates the knob operation when leaving the room, and 5 indicates the period of entry. S1/-M2 is connected to electric rj,1 via a photoelectric switch EE, and when the room is dark and the photoelectric switch EE is on, the normally open contact a2 of relay M2 is on. When the switch S is turned on by operating the door knob when entering the room, current flows through the relay M, turning on the normally open contact a+2, and turning on the normally open contact all, so that the timer means T and the power source are turned on. 1 is connected to turn on the normally open contact a of the relay of the timer means T, and as a result, the lighting fixture lights up. In addition, when it is bright indoors such as during the daytime, the photoelectric switch EE is turned off and no current flows to the relay M2.
The normally open contact a2+ remains off, and the lighting equipment does not light up. On the other hand, when the switch S is turned on, the normally closed contact b1 of the relay M becomes off, so the ventilation fan does not operate.

Next, when leaving the room, the switch S is turned off by operating the knob on the door, turning off the normally open contact a12 of the relay M1, and turning off the lighting equipment. On the other hand, the normally open contacts all of the relay M are also turned off, but the timer means T keeps the normally open contacts a on during the set time 2 (for example, 5 minutes). Furthermore, when the switch S is turned off, the normally closed contact b1 of the relay M1 returns to the off state, so the ventilation fan operates and stops after the set period 2 has elapsed.
