図において、２は発揮性メモリーＩＣ、３はバ
ツクアツプ用電池、４は外部端子、５ａ，５ｂ，
５ｃ，５ｄは整流装置、６はバツクアツプ用コン
デンサである。なお、図中同一符号は同一または
相当部分を示す。

部端子を通じて前記バツクアツプ用コンデンサへ
の充電をするようにしたことを特徴とするメモリ
ーＩＣバツクアツプ装置。 (2) 揮発性のメモリーＩＣを内蔵する装置にお
いて、前記揮発性メモリーＩＣに記憶された情報
を保持するためのバツクアツプ電池と、このバツ
クアツプ電池を交換する時に、さらに前記メモリ
ーＩＣの情報を保持するためのバツクアツプ用コ
ンデンサとを備え、前記バツクアツプ用コンデン
サへの充電をバツクアツプ電池によつて行うよう
にしたことを特徴とするメモリーＩＣバツクアツ
