Abstract

PURPOSE:To protect an on-vehicle electromagnet from contacting with a ground coil when a vehicle passes through a branch section by bending the movable switch section of a guideboard smoothly with constant curvature and performing switching operation. CONSTITUTION:A flexible board type point switching section 4 is arranged between guideboards 1, 2, 3 supporting a ground coil, where one end of the switching section 4 is secured continuously to the end section of the guideboard 1 and the other end thereof is made movable to the right and left. No ground coil is arranged at the switching section 4. A vehicle moves with the guide tire thereof contacting with the guideboards 1-3. When the guideboard 2 side of a switching board 5 is moved to the side of the guideboard 2, the switching section 4 comprising a flexible board is bent into a circle having radius R and coupled smoothly with the guideboard 1. By such arrangement, on-vehicle electromagnet does not contact with the ground coil when the vehicle moves through the switching section.

[Detailed Description of the Invention] [Industrial Application Field] As shown in FIG. The vehicle is moved by the repulsion or attraction force, and the vehicle load is handled by support tires 14 provided on both sides of the truck.
This invention relates to a turnout (switch) for a type of linear motor transport device supported by a linear motor.

In the above-mentioned transportation device, it is necessary to run the vehicle while maintaining an extremely small constant distance equal to the distance between the on-vehicle magnet 12 and the ground fill 13, for example, 10 mm. When three wheels are placed on a rail as in the past and the vehicle is run using the rail as a guide, the vehicle maintains a constant position with respect to the center line of the track due to the clearance between the seven lunges of the wheels and the rail. Therefore, with the above-mentioned ground-to-ground linear motor, it is not possible to run the vehicle while maintaining a constant distance between the on-board magnet 12 and the ground coil 13. Therefore, if the supporting plate of the ground fill 13 is used as the guide plate 15, and the truck 11 is guided by guide tires 16 suspended from the truck 11 on both sides of the guide plate 15, this problem will be eliminated. By the way, if the guide plate 15 is in the shape of a broken line when viewed from above at the branch point of the vehicle path,
There is a portion where the on-vehicle magnet 12 contacts the ground fill 13 provided at the end of the fixed guide plate 15.

In the present invention, the movable point portion of the guide plate 15 can be moved smoothly as a whole. By curving with the same curvature so that connections can be changed, it is possible to prevent the on-board magnet 12 from coming into contact with the ground fill 13 provided at the end of the fixed guide plate 15 when the vehicle passes through a branch. The present invention is intended to provide a turnout as described above.

Beneath the switch section 4, an elongated flat switch plate 5 is arranged along the switch section 4 so as to form a T-shape with the switch section 4. The point part 4 can slide on the point plate 5, and the point part 5 can be moved by an appropriate actuating device on the fixed guide plate 2 side, centering on the fulcrum p explained above. , is provided so as to be movable horizontally from the guide plate 2 side to the 3 side and from the 3 side to the 2 side about the above-mentioned fulcrum p provided near the fixed guide plate 1 side. A pin 6 is rotatably inserted into the other end of the switch part 4, and the pin 6 is fixed upright to the switch plate 5. Therefore, as shown in FIG.
and 2 are bridged in a straight line, and then move the point plate 5 to the guide plate 2 side and the guide plate 3 side, and move the other end of the point part 4 to the position where it is connected to the guide plate 3. As shown in FIG. 1, the point portion 4 made of a flexible plate is bent into an arc having a radius of R, and is smoothly connected to the fixed guide plate 1. In order to bend the point portion 4 smoothly, no ground fill 13 is provided like the fixed guide plate 1.2.3.
