Claims (1)
置において、上記定着ローラの表面温度を検出す
る温度検知素子を複数備えると共に、各温度検知
素子毎に上限温度を設定し、いずれかの温度検知
素子が上記上限温度を超える温度を検出した時に
上記定着ローラに備えた加熱源の駆動を停止させ
る制御手段を有することを特徴とする定着ヒータ
制御回路。 (2) 上記定着ローラに対する上記複数の温度検
知素子の設置位置を夫々異ならせた請求項１の定
着ヒータ制御回路。 (3) 上記温度検知素子を一対とし、一の温度検
知素子を上記定着ローラの上面側に、他の温度検
知素子を上記定着ローラの側面側に配し、且つ上
記一の温度検知素子と上記定着ローラとの接触圧
力を、上記他の温度検知素子と上記定着ローラと
の接触圧力よりも小さくしたことを特徴とする請
求項２の定着ヒータ制御回路。 (4) 上記温度検知素子毎に上記制御手段を設け
た請求項１ないし３のいずれかの定着ヒータ制御
