のゴムロールの吸液機能を発揮し得るようにする
為に、先ず毛管部を有さない一対のゴムロール、
エアナイフ等の液体排除を目的とする液体排除機
構部と、吸引通路を有する軸本体に弾性特性並び
に吸引機能を備えた極細繊維補強体のゴムロール
を一対配備した吸液排除を目的とする吸引脱液機
構部とを構成し、しかも前記液体排除機構部に吸
引脱液機構部が近接状態に並設されることを特徴
とする弾性並びに吸引機能を備えた極細繊維補強
体のゴムロールの機能を発揮し得る脱液装置。 前記吸引脱液機構部を構成する弾性並びに吸
引機能を備えた極細繊維補強体のゴムロールは、
少なくとも何れか一方の軸方向に貫通孔を備えた
軸受部並びにこの貫通孔に連通する軸方向に設け
た空洞部及びこの空洞部に連通する放射方向に多
数開設した透孔とを有する本体部とで形成される
吸引通路を有する軸本体と、この軸本体の外周面
にデイスク状の極細繊維補強体で構成されるゴム
ロール素材を多数枚圧着状に重畳して構成される
弾性特性を有するロール本体とでなり、このロー
ル本体には、前記軸本体に設けられた吸引通路に
連通するポーラスな極細毛管部が構成されたこと
を特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第1項記載
の弾性並びに吸引機能を備えた極細繊維補強体の
ゴムロールの機能を発揮し得る脱液装置。 前記吸引脱液機構部を構成する弾性並びに吸
引機能を備えた極細繊維補強体のゴムロールは、
少なくとも何れか一方の軸方向に貫通孔を備えた
軸受部並びにこの貫通孔に連通する軸方向に設け
