一般給湯路と風呂給湯路とに分岐し、各給湯路の
給湯温度をそれぞれ設定することができるものに
おいて、給水路と一般給湯路とを接続するバイパ

る水量調節手段を設け、一般給湯路と風呂給湯路
との同時使用を検知した時には両者の給湯設定温
度のうちで高温側の給湯設定温度を選択して前記
出湯路の湯温を制御するようにしたことを特徴と
