(Prior art) When spraying a mold release agent onto the inner surface of a die-casting mold, etc., a mold release agent spraying device is used in which a large number of copper or aluminum spray pipes are installed in the head body. The spray tube is curved so that its tip maintains a substantially constant distance from the inner surface of the mold to spray uniformly. However, the head body of a conventional mold release agent spraying device is assembled by welding steel plates, and it is necessary to form a double air chamber and a mold release agent supply chamber inside the head body. Since it is necessary to accurately align a large number of communicating spray pipes and weld them one by one, the manufacturing process requires a lot of effort and cost, and
Since it is made of steel and is heavy, it has drawbacks such as large vibrations when starting and stopping, and a short lifespan.

(Structure of the device) The present device uses a pair of vertically elongated halves each having a cavity and a spray tube holding portion formed on their mating surfaces, and holds the bases of a large number of spray tubes between the spray tube holding portions. At the same time, in the air chamber formed by the hollow part, a hollow body having a U-shaped cross section and having a communication hole with a mold release agent supply port provided through one half body on the side surface is inserted. The hollow body is characterized in that the opening surface is placed in close contact with the other half body, and a large number of nozzles are implanted at positions corresponding to the base end surface of each spray tube of the hollow body, as described below. This will be explained in detail with reference to the illustrated embodiment.

In the figure, 1 and 2 are made of aluminum die-casting.
They are a pair of vertically elongated halves, and a hollow part 4 having a U-shaped cross section and a spray tube holding part 5 in the form of an elongated semicircular groove communicating with the hollow part 4 are formed on the mating surface 3 thereof. These half bodies 1 and 2 are attached to the spray tube holding part 5
Both halves 1 and 2 are fastened together by bolts (not shown), with the base 7 of a spray pipe 6 made of easily bendable metal pipes having a large number of copper pipe parts held between them.
The hollow portion 4 forms an air chamber 8, and the spray tube holding portion 5 forms a base 7 of each spray tube 6.
It is fixed by firmly tightening it from both sides.
Release agent supply ports 9 are provided on both end sides of one half body 1.
is transparently provided, and one mold release agent supply port 9
An air supply port 10 is transparently provided inside. Inside the air chamber 8, there is a hollow body 1 having a U-shaped cross section and having a communication hole 11 with the mold release agent supply port 9 of the half body 1 on the side surface.
2 is placed with its opening 13 in close contact with the other half body 2. The hollow body 12, like the half bodies 1 and 2, is a light and heavy body made of aluminum die-casting. Small holes 15 are provided at regular intervals on the lower surface of the hollow body 12 at positions corresponding to the base end surface 14 of each spray tube 6. A nozzle 16 is installed to guide the spray tube 6 into the interior thereof. Since the base end surface 14 of each spray tube 6 is located on the same plane as the inner surface of the cavity 4 of the half bodies 1 and 2, when high pressure air is supplied into the air chamber 8, each spray Air flows into each spray tube 6 from the base end surface 14 of the tube 6, and the resulting negative pressure causes the mold release agent inside the cavity 4 to be sucked into each spray tube 6 through the nozzle 16 and released from its tip. It is sprayed.

As shown in FIG. 4, the device constructed in this way is mounted between the molds 30 and 31 of a die-casting machine by a lifting mechanism 17 so as to move up and down in synchronization with the opening and closing of the molds 30 and 31. , a pipe 18 is connected to the mold release agent supply port 9 of the half body 1 as shown by the dashed line in FIG. 2, and the mold release agent is supplied.
Furthermore, if the pipe 19 is connected to the air supply port 10 of the half body 1 as shown in FIG. The mold release agent flows into the interior of each spray tube 6 from a plurality of nozzles 16 implanted at positions corresponding to the proximal end 14 of each spray tube 6 of the hollow body 12 disposed inside the air chamber 8. It is sucked into the air stream and supplied to each spray tube 6, and is sprayed toward the inner surfaces of the molds 30 and 31 from its tips. The mold release agent spraying device of the present invention is different from the conventional one manufactured by sequentially welding steel plates, and is made of a pair of vertical halves with a cavity 4 and a spray tube holding portion 5 formed on the mating surfaces. body 1,
2 and a large number of spray tubes 6 between the spray tube holding parts 5.
Since the base part 7 of the spray tube 7 is held in a pinched manner and fastened, it is possible to easily manufacture an air chamber 8 in which a large number of spray pipes 6 are held at accurate pitches on the lower surface. Further, the mold release agent spraying device of the present invention has a mold release agent supply chamber by arranging a hollow body 12 having a U-shaped cross section in the air chamber 8 with its opening surface 13 in close contact with the other half body 2. It was also easy to make,
The manufacturing cost can be reduced to less than a fraction of that of conventional products, and if the entire product is made of aluminum die-casting, the weight can be reduced to less than half, which reduces inertia during lifting and lowering. Vibration is also reduced and lifespan is significantly extended.

(Effects of the invention) As is clear from the above explanation, the present invention can be manufactured without the need for welding, making it easy to manufacture and significantly reducing manufacturing costs. Since it is possible to reduce vibration and extend the life of the mold release agent spraying device, its practical value is extremely high as it solves the problems of conventional mold release agent spraying devices of this type.
