の張力を付与する張力制御装置であつて、前記ロ
ール状のテープパツド１の一側面に平行に設けら
れた案内レール２２と、該案内レール２２によつ
て前記テープパツド１の半径方向に移動自在に支
持されたハウジング２３と、該ハウジング２３に
よつて、前記テープパツド１の回転支軸２０の平
行な軸２４を中心に回動自在に支持されるととも
に、テープパツド１の外周面に圧接される接触ロ
ーラ２５と、該接触ローラ２５を前記テープパツ
ド１の半径方向内方へ向つて一定荷重で付勢させ
る付勢機構２７と、前記接触ローラ２５の回転に
一定トルクの負荷を与える定トルク機構３０とか
らなるテープパツドにおける送り出しテープの張
