蔵タンクからのBOG(蒸発ガス)とに熱量調整
用の熱量調整ガスとを混合し熱量を調整して都市
ガス導管へ供給する都市ガスの熱量調整における
流量制御装置において、BOG(蒸発ガス)のみ
の熱量を粗調整する粗調整機構と粗調整後の粗調
整ガスとLNG気化ガスとの混合ガスの熱量を微
調整する微調整機構との二段階の熱量調整機構を
設け、前記第一段階の粗調整機構をBOG(蒸発
ガス)の流量を検出するBOG流量検出器と、熱
量調整ガスの第一流量調節弁と、前記BOG流量
検出器の検出信号に基づき混合する熱量調整ガス
の混合量を前記第一流量調節弁に出力し第1段階
の熱量の粗調整を行なう制御器とで構成する一方
、前記第二段階の微調整機構を前記粗調整機構で
調整された粗調整ガスとLNG気化ガスとの混合
ガスの流量を検出する混合ガス流量検出器と、熱
量調整ガスの第二流量調節弁と、前記混合ガス流
量検出器の検出信号及び最終的に混合された都市
ガスの熱量を検出する熱量計からの検出信号に基
づき混合すべき熱量調整ガスの混合量を前記第二
流量調節弁に出力し第2段階の熱量の微調整を行
なう制御器とで構成したことを特徴とする都市ガ
