Claims (1)
ンバに区画し、かつ、一端が上記ダイアフラムに
接続されるとともに、一方のチヤンバを通過して
ケーシング外に突出された作動ロツドを上記2つ
のチヤンバ内の圧力変動に伴うダイアフラムの変
位により駆動するようにした圧力作動アクチユエ
ータ装置において、 上記作動ロツドが通過する一方のチヤンバが負
圧チヤンバとされ、他方のチヤンバが正圧チヤン
バとされるとともに、負圧チヤンバ内における作
動ロツドのケーシング貫通部とダイアフラムとの
間には、作動ロツドとの間に径方向の間隔を隔て
て、上記作動ロツドのケーシング貫通部をシール
するベローズが伸縮自在に設けられ、かつ、上記
ダイアフラムを正圧チヤンバ側に付勢する付勢手
段が設けられていることを特徴とする圧力作動ア
