軸受と、この軸受内に上方から挿入される軸部が
形成された第１の回転伝達要素と、前記軸受内に
下方から挿入される軸部が形成された第２の回転
伝達要素とから成り、前記第１の回転伝達要素の
軸部と前記第２の回転伝達要素の軸部は互いに固
定された前記軸受内で回転自在に支持されており
、且つ前記第１および第２の回転伝達要素の前記
軸受に最も近い部分の外径はいずれも前記軸受の
内径よりも大きく形成されているとともに、前記
第１および第２の回転伝達要素の間の距離は前記
軸受の厚さ寸法と略同一に形成されていることを
