材の成形型が搬入され、搬入された成形型を加熱
する加熱炉と、 粉体を収納可能なボツクス形状をなし、その一
面に、表皮材の成形型によつて密閉される開口部
を有する粉体ボツクスと、 表皮材の成形型を支持して、加熱炉内および粉
体ボツクス上に搬送する搬送手段と、 表皮材の成形型を粉体ボツクスとのクランプ状
態にて回転させる回転手段と、 粉体ボツクスを貫通して設けられ、粉体ボツク
スの外部から粉体を受容する受容口と、受容した
粉体を粉体ボツクスの内部からその開口部に向か
つて噴射する噴射ノズルとを有する粉体噴射手段
と、 熱可塑性樹脂の粉体を粉体噴射手段に供給する
供給口を有する粉体供給手段と、 粉体噴射手段の受容口と粉体供給手段の供給口
に取付けられ、これらの手段を着脱可能に連結す
ると共に、これらの手段の切離し時には、粉体噴
射手段の受容口および粉体供給手段の供給口を閉
塞するエアージヨイントと、 表皮材の成形型を冷却するための冷却手段とを
