主型の下型に横転して組み付ける装置において、
吊り具により懸垂された垂下部材に、中子を保持
する回転保持枠を回転自在に軸支すると共に、該
回転保持枠を中子載置角度まで回転横転せしめる
回転案内機構を前記垂下部材と回転保持枠相互間
に設け、中子を下主型鋳枠に内設載置するため前
記垂下部材を下方に移動し、下主型鋳枠に係合せ
しめるときに、下主型鋳枠のガイドピン穴に嵌合
するガイドピンを前記垂下部材に対して上下方向
に摺動自在に装着し、更に下方移動を停止せしめ
るストツパーを前記垂下部材と下主型鋳枠間に配
設する一方前記ストツパーが作用する前に下方移
動の抵抗力として作用するような弾性部材を前記
垂下部材とガイドピンの間に取り付けたことを特
