- 上面の両側部に平行に設けた浮揚力発生用の２
本のレールを有し磁性材料で形成したスライダと
、前記２本のレールのうちの一本の後端の中央部
に埋込まれその上面を前記レールの上面と一致さ
せて固着され上面に情報の記録再生を行うギヤツ
プ部を有する磁性材料で形成されたコアとを備え
、前記コアの前記ギヤツプ部の近傍の両側面を斜
めに切欠いて切欠き部とし、前記ギヤツプ部の位
置における前記切欠き部の深さを前記ギヤツプ部
の深さよりも深くしたことを特徴とする磁気ヘツ
