- アルカリまたはアルカリ土類金属の炭酸塩ある
いは水酸化物を主体とする固形の酸蒸気吸収体を
湿度センサの感湿部周辺に配置し、多孔性フツ素
樹脂層と水蒸気の選択透過層を有する膜で被覆し
てなる酸水溶液の濃度を測定するセンサ。
