- 複数のプリズム部材を貼合せることにより光軸
上にブリユースター条件を略満足する斜面を２面
以上形成し、該斜面に高屈折率物質と低屈折率物
質とから成る交互層膜を施して成ることを特徴と
する偏光ビームスプリツタ。
