混合物入口を下部に有し且つオゾンガスにより殺
菌処理された処理水を取り出す処理水取出口とガ
ス出口を上部に有する殺菌槽本体の内部に、気液
の接触部を形成するよう邪魔板を水平方向に設置
すると共に、該邪魔板設置部と上記処理水取出口
位置との間に、オゾンガスを酸素に分解するため
の活性炭等の充填部を設置してなることを特徴と
