The present invention is a mental work chair that cools the head and heats the feet. This is an epoch-making chair that improves mental work such as calculation and thinking, and makes you smarter. can get. 1 to 3 show an embodiment of the present invention, in which a head cooling part 3 is housed in the upper part of the backrest 2 of a chair 1, and the front face 4 of the cooling part is provided so as to protrude at a position that touches the back of the head and neck. A large number of through holes 6 are bored in the foot plate 5 of 1,
A heat dissipation pipe 7 is provided on the back surface of the foot plate as a heating section. A compressor 8 is attached to a part of the foot plate 5,
This part is accommodated under the seat part 9. The compressor 8 compresses and liquefies a refrigerant such as freon and sends it to the heat dissipation pipe 7 of the heating section of the foot plate 5 which is a condenser, radiates the heat to warm the foot plate 5, and then passes through the capillary tube 10 to the cooling section. The refrigerant is sent to the thick pipe section 12 of the evaporator 11 of No. 3 and vaporized, and the evaporator 11 is cooled by the latent heat of the vaporization, and the refrigerant returns to the compressor 8 again to form a cooling/heating device consisting of a closed circulation system. A block diagram is shown. The cooling unit 3 covers the front surface of a plate-shaped evaporator 11 bent into an L shape, and also has a seat 15 that protrudes and hits the back of the head 14 of a person 13 sitting on the chair.
and a container 16 made of a heat insulating board such as styrofoam that surrounds the surface of the evaporator that is not covered by the sheet 15, and the sheet 15 covers the container 16.
The lid is stretched over the front opening edge of the evaporator 11, and covers the L-shaped front surface 17 of the evaporator 11 through a small space in front of it. As shown,
When a person 13 sits on a chair and places the back of his or her head 14 on the seat 15, the seat 15 touches the front surface 1 of the evaporator.
7, the back of the head 14 is in close contact with or close to the seat 15
The foot 18 is cooled through the foot plate 5 and warmed by placing the foot 18 on the foot plate 5. When the head 14 is separated from the seat 15, the seat 15 is moved to the front surface 1 of the evaporator 11.
It is starting to move away from 7 again. Since the evaporator 11 is covered with the sheet 15 so as to be thermally closed, an excessive load is not applied to the compressor 8, so that the life of the compressor can be extended. Reference numeral 19 denotes a drain pipe, through which dew on the evaporator and water accumulated in the container 16 flow into a tray 20 provided on the compressor 8, where it is evaporated by the heat of the compressor 8 and is eliminated, at the same time cooling the compressor 8. do. It goes without saying that the evaporator 11 does not have a bent shape as described above, but other shapes in which the front surface touches the head are also included in the present invention. The heat dissipation pipe 7 is attached closely to the back surface of the foot plate 5 to conduct heat from the pipe 7 to the foot plate 5 with good heat transfer, and the air flow 21 blows up as heat convection through the many through holes 6, and the foot part 18 is heated. The compressor 8 is heated sufficiently, and the heat dissipation pipe 7 is sufficiently radiated.
It is now possible to reduce the load on the vehicle and extend its lifespan. In addition, as shown in the figure, it is preferable that the foot plate 5 is placed at a higher position than the compressor 8 or at the same level as the compressor 8, and is inclined. This prevents the lubricating oil for the compressor mixed with the refrigerant from accumulating in the heat radiation pipe 7 and not reaching the compressor 8, causing the compressor to seize. is prevented. The compressor 8 is provided using the space between the legs 22 under the seat of the chair 1. The compressor 8 is attached and mounted on the end portion 23 of the foot plate 5 with bolts or the like, and the foot plate 5 is loosely attached to a beam 24 extending between the legs 22 by a spring 25. This uses the vibration of the compressor 8 to
This is to vibrate the foot part 18 placed on the foot plate 5, and the foot part 18 receives the synergistic effect of the heating by the heat dissipation pipe 7 and the effect of the vibration, and the effect of improving mental work is significantly increased. An outer plate 26 is stretched between the legs 22 of the chair 1 so as not to impede the vibration of the foot plate 5, and a through hole 27 is provided above to dissipate hot air from a compressor 8 or the like. The height of the sitting part 9 of the chair can be changed in various ways and the direction can be changed using the screw 28 under it, so that the person using the chair of the present invention can move it up and down according to the sitting height and leg length to find the optimal sitting height. Not only can the foot plate 5 be inserted between the legs of a desk, but it can be rotated while sitting on the seat 9 by sitting on the chair from the side without changing the direction of the chair. and can face the desk directly. Also, casters 29 are attached to the legs 22 of the chair 1, allowing the chair to be moved freely. A switch 31 is provided on the armrest 30, and an electric wire 32
The device is connected to the compressor 8 and the plaque 33, and the device can be started and stopped while sitting on a chair. FIG. 4 shows that the evaporator 11 is placed in a container 16 made of a heat insulating material in the cooling section 3.
This is an embodiment of the present invention in which a head contact sheet 34 made of a metal plate or plastic is attached via a frame-shaped elastic material 35 such as urethane foam so that the back of a person's head is covered by this sheet. 3
4, the elastic material 35 is compressed, and the seat 34 comes into contact with the front surface of the evaporator 11, cooling the back of the head. When the head is removed from the seat 34, the elastic material 35 causes the seat 34 to separate from the evaporator front surface 17 again. There is. Note that the sheet 34 and the frame-shaped elastic material 35 are connected to the frame plate 36.
The frame plate 36 is fixed to the frame plate 37 on the chair side with screws 38 to facilitate maintenance and inspection. FIG. 5 shows an example of the present invention in which a stretchable plastic sheet 39 such as PVC is stretched over the frame 40 of the front opening of the container 16 made of heat insulating material, and this is attached to the front surface 17 of the evaporator through a space. When the neck is not in contact with the seat, the sheet 39 is insulated by the air layer in the space, but only when the seat 39 is pushed by the back of the head or neck, it comes into close contact with the evaporator front face 17 as shown by the dotted line 41, cooling the back of the head or neck. When the power is turned off, the frost formed on the surface of the evaporator 11 melts into water, which flows through a pipe 42 into a water receptacle 43 provided at the upper part of the back of the back support 2. The water receptacle 43 is detachably provided on the back support 2, so that when it is full of water, it can be removed and the water can be thrown away. Alternatively, the water may be introduced through a drain pipe to the tray 20 on the heated compressor and evaporated. In Fig. 6, a compressor 8 is installed in the back rest 2 so that the vibrations are transmitted to the back of the person to obtain a massage effect, and the head is cooled by the cooling unit 3, and the feet are cooled by the heat dissipation pipe 7 of the foot plate. An embodiment of the present invention is shown in which the portion 18 is heated. It is shown for reference that a blood flow meter 44 can be installed on a board from the elbow to check brain power at any time. The blood flow meter 44 was filed by the present invention on May 22, 1980 as Patent Application Publication No. 163638, 1982, and measures changes in the amount of light transmitted through the finger to the meter, thereby measuring the brain. It measures the function quickly and accurately, and is also ideal for confirming the effectiveness of the use of the present invention. This display may be not only a meter but also a digital display such as letters, lamps, sounds, etc. FIG. 7 shows an embodiment of the present invention in which a heat dissipation pipe 7 is provided on the front surface of the seat 45 to warm the calves of the feet from behind. At this time, it is shown for reference that a meter 46 that displays changes in electrical resistance of the skin corresponding to brain function is provided on the armrest. FIG. 8 shows an example of the present invention in which a heat dissipation pipe 7 is provided on the seat surface to heat the bottom of the buttocks and legs. The cooling section 3, compressor 8, and heating pipe 7 of the chair in each example of FIGS. 6, 7, and 8 form a cooling/heating device comprising a circulation system similar to that of the example of FIG. In order to confirm the effects of using the hot/cold chair according to the present invention, the following experiment was conducted. This experiment uses a numerical chart for brain power testing consisting of numbers arranged randomly horizontally, as shown in Figure 9. First, from the beginning of each line, the sum of the 10th digit and the 1st digit of the product of two adjacent digits is written in sequentially, that is, the numbers 3, 4, 5, 9.
So 3×4=12, 1+2=3, 4×5=20, 2+
0=2, 5×9=45, 4+5=9, and students are asked to calculate the answer 3, 2, 9 in their minds. Now, each line calculation time is 1 minute, and 9 from the head.
The rows were run for 9 minutes, paused for 5 minutes, and then calculated again for 9 minutes in the same manner as above. The results are shown in FIGS. 10 and 11. The vertical axis is the amount of work for each line of numerical display, that is, the number of calculated answers. The horizontal axis is elapsed time.
