Claims (1)
- 胴部２上端からテーパ状肩部３を介して口頸部
４を起立した容器体１と、上記口頸部上面を閉塞
させた頂壁１１の外周部１１ａを外向きフランジ
状に口頸部外方へ突出させてその頂壁突出部分下
面から垂設した周壁１２を上記口頸部外面に螺合
させるとともに、頂壁周縁から、内面に治具回り
止め用の第１係合部１３を付設する短筒部１４を
起立した蓋体１０と、上記短筒部外面に上端部を
嵌合させた弾性周壁２０の下端面を上記テーパ状
肩部３の外周部に載置させるとともに、該弾性周
壁の中間部に内向きフランジ状部２１を介して付
設した係合部２２を上記周壁１２外面に嵌合させ
た操作筒１９とを有し、上記頂壁１１の外周部下
面と上記内向きフランジ状部２１上面との間に操
作筒下方付勢用のスプリング２５を介設するとと
もに、上記周壁１２外面に第２係合部１５を、ま
た該第２係合部下方の係合筒２２内面に第３係合
部２３を、それぞれ付設しておき、上記弾性周壁
２０の左右或いは前後両部を内方へ押込むことで
、操作筒１９が蓋体に対し上昇して上記第３係合
部２３が第２係合部１５へ係合可能に設けたこと
を特徴とするキヤツプ付き容器。
