Conventional technology When fixing the shape of the above-mentioned packaging boxes after assembly, conventional packaging boxes often use adhesives or staples. Because they cannot be reused, they must be recovered without being dismantled if they are to be reused, which poses a problem in that they are bulky and increase storage and transportation costs. Without using adhesive or staples, for example, insert pieces 20 and 21 are inserted into slits 22 and 23 as shown in FIGS. 6 and 7, or specially shaped locking pieces are engaged with each other. Although there are examples in which the assembled shape is fixed by doing something like this, this type of device has the disadvantage that it takes time to assemble and it is not so easy to disassemble.

Means for Solving the Problems The packaging box of the present invention, which has succeeded in achieving the above object, is a packaging box formed by assembling a single expansion plate, in which the expansion plate is made of synthetic resin having parallel grooves. It is made of a laminated sheet of a foam sheet and a paperboard or paperboard-like plastic sheet, and the folding line of the insert piece for fixing the shape after assembly is parallel to the grooves on the laminated sheet, and the parallel grooves are formed. The insert piece is formed so that the synthetic resin foam sheet layer is on the inside, and has an engaging piece that engages with the grooves of the synthetic resin foam sheet layer at the base of the insertion piece. It is.

First, let's talk about the laminated sheet used in the packaging box of the present invention. As shown in FIG. It is made by bonding a synthetic resin foam sheet 3 having grooves 2 with the grooves on the surface. However, this foam sheet may have grooves on both sides. There are no restrictions on the adhesive means, and it may be one using an adhesive or one using an extrusion lamination method. The thickness of the foam sheet is 3 to 7 mm at the protruding part.
The pitch of the grooves in the foam sheet is preferably 2 to 10 mm.
It is desirable that it be about mm. As a synthetic resin foam sheet, one made of polyolefin resin, polystyrene resin, etc. with a foaming ratio of about 20 to 35 times is suitable. Among them, crosslinked or non-crosslinked polyethylene resin foam has excellent elasticity and flexibility. It has favorable physical properties as a material for the packaging box of the present invention. This laminated sheet is used so that the layer of foam sheet 3 is on the inside of the box, and the direction in which the folding line of the insert piece extends to fix the shape after assembly is taken into account. That is, the base folding line of the insert piece for fixing the shape after the box is assembled from the expansion plate is used so as to be parallel to the grooves on the laminated sheet.
If there are multiple insert pieces that are involved in fixing the shape, it may not be possible to arrange them all as described above. In that case, the insert piece that is most involved in fixing the shape (at the final stage of assembly) (This is often the case with the insert piece that is inserted.) Arrange the insert piece as shown above.

The design feature of the unfolding plate is that the folding lines are arranged as described above, and then an engaging piece is provided so that the grooves and edges of the foam sheet layer at the base of the insert piece engage with each other. That's true.

Function In the packaging box of the present invention, as described above, the foam layer groove located at the base bending line of the insert piece for fixing the shape engages with the engaging piece, and the engaging piece engages with the engaging piece. Due to friction with the elastically deformed insert piece foam layer, the insert piece is reliably kept in its engaged state and the assembled shape is fixed. When a force is applied to pull out the insert piece in order to open the lid or disassemble the box, the foam layer deforms and allows the grooves to disengage from the engaging piece.

Embodiment An embodiment of the present invention shown in FIG. 1 uses the laminated sheet shown in FIG.
It is assembled from a development plate as shown in the figure. To assemble, fold the folding lines 5 to 11 in the order of the numbers in the code, and finally insert the insertion piece 12 into the engagement piece 13.
This is done by inserting it into the gap 15 between the side wall portion 14 and the side wall portion 14. As a result, as shown in FIG. 5, the edge 16 of the engaging piece 13 engages with the groove 2 located at the base folding line 10 of the insertion piece 12 and parallel to the folding line, so that the edge 16 of the engaging piece 13 can be positively engaged. The lid-shaped portion 17 cannot be easily removed unless it is pulled out (it cannot move to the left in the figure),
The shape of the box is maintained. Since neither staples nor adhesives are used for assembly, this box can be assembled by reversing the assembly process described above, or by handing the corner along the folding line 5 in Figure 1 and turning the side wall 18 to the right. By pulling it out in the opposite direction, it can be easily disassembled, and since it will not be damaged by disassembly, it can be recovered and reused in the disassembled state.

Effects of the invention The packaging box of the invention has the above-mentioned structure and its shape as a box is fixed without using staples or adhesives, so it is easy to assemble and disassemble. Since the expansion plate is not damaged by the process, it is possible to disassemble it, collect it as a compact expansion plate, and reuse it (so-called use as a return box) at a low recovery cost. .
