をピストンボデイに気密的に組付けると共に、前
記ダイアフラムの外周縁部をボデイに気密的に組
付けて、該ボデイ内における前記ダイアフラムの
一側に常時負圧が付与される定圧室を形成すると
共に前記ダイアフラムの他側に前記ピストンボデ
イに設けた制御弁によつて前記定圧室または大気
に選択的に連通する変圧室を形成してなる負圧式
倍力装置において、前記プレツシヤプレートの内
周部にその外周部に向けて折返されて前記ダイア
フラムの内周縁部を前記ピストンボデイに気密的
に組付けると共に前記ピストンボデイの前記変圧
室側の面に係止される折返し部を形成し、前記折
返し部の自由端部に前記定圧室側に折曲げられて
前記ピストンボデイの前記定圧室側の面に係止さ
れる複数個の係止爪部を一体に形成したことを特
