  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 超音波楕円振動を行うステータの端面にロータ
    を圧着し、該ステータとロータとの間の摩擦力を
    介して該ロータに回転力を生じさせるようにした
    超音波モータにおいて、 上記ロータと軸周りに一体に嵌合し、該嵌合面
    よりも小さな径を有する軸により固定部材に回転
    自在かつ軸方向に移動自在に軸支されることによ
    り、ロータの径方向の支持を行う支持部材を設け
    たことを特徴とする超音波モータ。
