【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 内周縁からロータの軸方向に延びる複数の
磁極歯を有する中空円板状のヨークと、このヨー
クの前記内周縁の周りに前記磁極歯を囲むように
設けられたボビンレスコイルとを備えた電動モー
タ用ステータにおいて、前記ヨークとボビンレス
コイルとの間には、少なくとも磁極歯より半径方
向外側のヨークの板面とこの板面に対向するボビ
ンレスコイルの一方の端面との間に板状の絶縁体
が挿入されており、この絶縁体には、前記ボビン
レスコイルの外周縁より半径方向外側に突出する
舌片が形成され、この舌片には、ボビンレスコイ
ルの巻線の各端部を外部に中継するターミナルが
設けられていることを特徴とする電動モータ用ス
テータ。 (2) 内周縁からロータの軸方向に延びる複数の
磁極歯を有する中空円板状のヨークと、このヨー
クの前記内周縁の周りに前記磁極歯を囲むように
設けられたボビンレスコイルとを備えた電動モー
タ用ステータにおいて、前記ヨークとボビンレス
コイルとの間には、少なくとも磁極歯より半径方
向外側のヨークの板面とこの板面に対向するボビ
ンレスコイルの一方の端面との間に板状の絶縁体
が挿入されており、この絶縁体には、前記ボビン
レスコイルの外周縁より半径方向外側に延在する
帯状部が形成され、この帯状部には、ボビンレス
コイルの巻線の各端部が接続可能な導線箔が該帯
状部の長手方向に沿つて形成されていることを特
徴とする電動モータ用ステータ。 (3) 請求項1または請求項2に記載の電動モー
タ用ステータにおいて、磁極歯とボビンレスコイ
ルの内周面との間に介在する筒部と、該ボビンレ
スコイルの他方の端面を覆う中空円板部とからな
る第2の絶縁体が設けられていることを特徴とす
る電動モータ用ステータ。 (4) 内周縁からロータの軸方向に延びる複数の
磁極歯を有する中空円板状のヨークと、このヨー
クの前記内周縁の周りに前記磁極歯を囲むように
設けられたボビンレスコイルとを備えた電動モー
タ用ステータにおいて、前記ヨークとボビンレス
コイルとの間には、絶縁体が挿入されており、こ
の絶縁体は、磁極歯より半径方向外側のヨークの
板面とこの板面に対向するボビンレスコイルの一
方の端面との間に挿入された環状平板部と、この
環状平板部の内周縁から前記磁極歯とボビンレス
コイルの内周面との間に延びる円筒部とにより一
体に形成されており、前記環状平板部には、ボビ
ンレスコイルの外周縁より半径方向外側に突出す
る舌片が形成され、この舌片には前記ボビンレス
コイルの巻線の各端部を外部に中継するターミナ
ルが設けられていることを特徴とする電動モータ
用ステータ。 (5) 内周縁からロータの軸方向に延びる複数の
磁極歯を有する中空円板状のヨークと、このヨー
クの前記内周縁の周りに前記磁極歯を囲むように
設けられたボビンレスコイルとを備えた電動モー
タ用ステータにおいて、前記ヨークとボビンレス
コイルとの間には、絶縁体が挿入されており、こ
の絶縁体は、磁極歯より半径方向外側のヨークの
板面とこの板面に対向するボビンレスコイルの一
方の端面との間に挿入された環状平板部と、この
環状平板部の内周縁から前記磁極歯とボビンレス
コイルの内周面との間に延びる円筒部とにより一
体に形成されており、前記環状平板部には、ボビ
ンレスコイルの外同縁より半径方向外側に延在す
る帯状部が形成され、この帯状部には、ボビンレ
スコイルの巻線の各端部が接続可能な導線箔が該
帯状部の長手方向に沿つて形成されていることを
特徴とする電動モータ用ステータ。 (6) 請求項1ないし請求項5のいずれかに記載
