    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 送受波器を備えた超音波流量計の伝播時間被測
    定経路に超音波流量計校正装置を設け、該校正装
    置には前記送受波器よりの検出信号に対応して所
    定の時間幅の信号を形成する時間発生手段と、該
    時間発生手段により形成された所定時間経過後超
    音波疑似受信信号を発生する受波発生手段とを備
    えるようにしたことを特徴とする超音波流量計校
    正装置。
