側面に円周上に連続して外方に向かつて突出する
突起片を形成すると共に、遮へい板の内側面にそ
の突起片の先端が入り込む環状凹部を形成して、
その環状凹部と突起片との間でラビリンスすき間
を形成し、上記突起片の外輪側の側面を先端に向
かつて外輪に接近する傾斜面とし、突起片の環状
凹部への入り込み量を内輪と外輪が最大に傾斜し
た際のその変位量より大きく設定したことを特徴
