２固定片とを互いに近接する方向に締付ける締付
手段とを備え、上記第１、第２固定片の両端縁に
互いに対向する方向に折曲されて主枠と副枠の外
側縁部に係止する折曲片を設け、かつ第１、第２
固定片の内側に、互いに対向する方向に変形され
て上記主枠と副枠の内側縁部に係止する係止部を
