Claims (1)

している気体流路と、前記ピストンプレートの逆
円錐部下部外径より少なくとも大きい内径を有し
、シリンダー容器の内壁面に全周が液密に接触可
能の外径を有し、かつシリンダー容器内に入れら
れるスラリーより小さい比重を有し、ピストンプ
レートに対し着脱可能に備えられているO−リン
グ部材を具備していることを特徴とする液状流体
