成され一部にテープを挿入できるスリツトの形成
されているスリツトパイプと、該スリツトパイプ
の外側に嵌合され回転可能に構成されるパイプに
固着され前記電線に巻廻するテープが巻き付けら
れたテープパツドと、該テープパツドの固着され
たパイプの外側に嵌合され回転可能に構成される
パイプに固着され電線に巻き付けたテープをガイ
ドし該スリツトパイプと同一方向に回転するテー
プガイドと、前記スリツトパイプと前記テープパ
ツドと前記テープガイドを回転駆動する駆動装置
とによつて構成されるテーピング装置において、
上記スリツトパイプのスリツト部近傍でテープ巻
き締め側に設けた圧力検出器と、該圧力検出器に
よつて締め付けテープの張力を検出するテープ張
力検出器と、記巻き廻し開始時に初期設定したパ
ウダークラツチによつて制御するテープパツドの
回転速度とテープ張力検出値とを比較し該テープ
張力検出値が前記初期設定値に一致するように前
記パウダークラツチを制御するパウダークラツチ
制御装置とによつて構成してなるテーピング装置
