Claims (1)
- 中心部に弁軸挿通孔を有すると共に周壁に所定
角度範囲に亘つて切開部を有し且つ周壁外面に係
合突起を突設して成る下端面が開口する円筒状の
渦室構成部品を備え、内燃機関のシリンダヘツド
に、軸線が上下方向に沿う第１の孔と、内端が該
第１の孔に連通し且つ外端が前記シリンダヘツド
の外側面に開口する第２の孔とを、機械加工によ
りそれぞれ穿設すると共に、前記第１の孔の内周
面所定位置に、前記係合突起が係合する係合溝を
刻設し、前記渦室構成部品を前記第１の孔に嵌合
して、それらの係合突起と係合溝とを係合するこ
とにより、所定スワール比の吸気ポートを構成し
たことを特徴とする内燃機関の吸気ポート構造。
