[Detailed Description of the Invention] (Industrial Application Field) The present invention relates to a mold for explosive molding, and more particularly to a mold to which a custom-made pattern can be added to a part of the pattern of the mold.

(Conventional technology and its problems) Conventionally, when pressing products that are intended for high-mix, low-volume production and have relatively flat patterns, such as wall-mounted sculptures and entrance doors,
Explosive molding is often used because mold costs are low.

In this explosive molding process, as shown in FIG. 3, plaster is poured onto the surface of a engraved mother mold to create a plaster mold 2 that transfers the surface 1 of the mother mold. In this case, the outer periphery of the plaster mold 2 is a flat frame 2-1 having a constant height. Apply sealant 3 to the top surface of this frame 2-1 to make it thicker.
A copper plate 4 with a thickness of 0.5 to 1 mm is attached, and a space 5 is formed between the copper plate 4 and the surface of the plaster mold 2.
This space 5 is evacuated through an exhaust hole (not shown) to create a vacuum state and form an assembly 6 to be molded.

The molded assembly 6 prepared in this way is placed in water 8 in a container 7, and a small amount of explosives 9, e.g.
Place about 100g of dynamite and detonate it.
The pressure wave 10 accompanying this explosion propagates through the water and instantly presses the copper plate 4 against the matrix surface 1 of the plaster mold 2 to form a copper plate 4' having the same shape as the matrix surface 1.

In this case, the plaster mold 2 collapses at the moment when the pressure wave 10 passes through the back side of the plaster mold 2 and the pressure inside the plaster mold 2 decreases, but at this point, the molding has already been completed, and the molded copper plate 4 ’ is all that remains. Moreover, since the plaster mold 2 is originally easy to make, it does not pose a large burden in terms of cost.

Further, as another method, there is also a method as shown in FIG. In this method, the molded assembly 6 is the same as in the previous case, but in this case it is not immersed in water, but is explosively molded in air. Therefore, instead of the explosive 9, a sheet explosive 11 is used on the copper plate 4.
The device is placed in contact with the top surface of the container and ignited from one end to cause an explosive combustion, but this requires a large amount of explosives and is also dangerous, so it is not desirable.

However, with any of the above methods, it is fine if there is no special order clause, but if there is a custom order clause, such as putting a name on the entrance door or a name or family crest on a wall hanging sculpture, the number of clauses may be one or more. In most cases, there are only a few hundred pieces. In such a case, it is not preferable to manufacture from a mother mold because it is expensive.

(Means for Achieving the Object) The present invention has been made to achieve the above-mentioned object, and the pattern of the mother mold is formed on a part of the main mold 12 which is transferred from the mother mold with a material that can be transferred at room temperature. A flat part 13 having a single plane 13 is provided as a part of the mold, and a male mold 14 cut out in the shape of a letter or the like is attached to this flat part 13 to form a mold for explosive molding in water.

Further, the flat portion 13 is a recessed flat surface 13'' having a flat bottom, and a pattern such as letters is recessed or cut out in the recessed flat surface 13'', and the thickness matches the depth of the recessed flat surface 13''. A female die 15 of the type is inserted.

In addition, in the above case, the custom clause part of the product will be a recess, but by making a recess in the plaster mold in advance and placing a female mold of plastic, paper, metal plate, etc. with characters cut out, the custom clause part will be recessed. It is also possible to make it as a convex part.

(Example) FIG. 1 is a sectional view of the main part of the explosive molding mold of the present invention. A main mold 12 is a plaster mold similar to the plaster mold 2 shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, and a flat portion 13 for inserting custom clauses such as letters is provided in advance at a designated position on the master mold.
This flat part 13 has two cases: the surface of the matrix is a single plane 13', and the surface of the mold is a concave plane 13'' with a constant depth. In the case of FIG. , the letters of the special order terms, etc. become recessed parts after molding.
