Claims (1)
- 基板上に形成された強磁性材からなるセンサー
部と、このセンサー部を覆う保護用樹脂とを有し
てなる磁気センサーにおいて、上記保護用樹脂は
、上記センサー部に対応する部分の厚みがセンサ
ー部に対応しない部分の厚みより薄いことを特徴
とする磁気センサー。
